75 Amory Street
For one of the first buildings built in the Jackson Square Master Plan area we established a vocabulary for the treatment of the ground plane that creates a vibrant and active street "presence" while deploying the densities of urban, elevator buildings. Consisting of 39 affordable family apartments, the design places larger, direct entrance townhouses on the first floor. A mixture of materials celebrates this distinction, and the copper colored metal siding on the upper levels relates Amory Street to its industrial brick neighbors.
